TERMS & CONDITIONS

GUGAW Jewellery has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the pieces are far more beautiful in real life than in the pictures displayed!

Payment Options

We are happy to accept payment through Paypal and postal payments of cheques and well hidden cash (at the customers risk). Purchases will not be sent out until funds have cleared, so please allow time for this when paying by cheque.

Postage and Packaging

First class delivery -

UK: £1 per item (50p for each additional item)

USA: £1.50 per item (50p for each additional item)

Special deliveries (for example Recorded Delivery, delivery to addresses outside of the UK and postal insurance) will be charged. Please contact for more details.

Overseas orders are placed at the cutomers risk. GUGAW Jewellery will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit, but we will do our best to trace any orders.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately claire@GUGAW.com. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion of GUGAW Jewellery.

Damaged Goods

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at claire@GUGAW.com

Returns

GUGAW Jewellery endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service! In the unlikely circumstance of breakage occuring to your GUGAW item due to a fault in the design of the item, GUGAW Jewellery will consider repairing the item free of charge. Deliberate damage will not be repaired. All free of charge repairs will be at the discretion of GUGAW Jewellery. Returning payments for unwanted items is at the discretion of GUGAW Jewellery. GUGAW Jewellery are unable to reimburse postage costs.

Privacy

GUGAW Jewellery is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. GUGAW Jewellery may contact you in the future regarding various promotions and offers. If you wish not to be contacted after your purchase, feel free to request not to be contacted further.
